Hi,
I won a pcv in the coins event !!!! I got the Hindenburg ( KM) I thought was the best option for cv. I don´t know what sailors do I need.
someone told me the following list:
- 6 FP (base 12 figther)
- 2 DB (base 11 bomber)
- 3 seamans (base 12 figther)
- 1 medic ( base 15 potential)
- 1 operator ( base 15 potential)
- 2 AA gunners (base 12 AWW)
can you tell me if is this is ok?? what sailors do I have to level first to use in my first cv??
thanksss a lots for your help.

Potentiality is only going to be useful if you plan on messing around with the 11" singles. Good Repair and Restore would be more important for a CV BO if you plan on keeping him experted/vetted. And stats won't matter at all if you ghost him.
AA gunners (strictly speaking optional, but can be useful): base 11/12 reload. There exist arguments for anything from 9 to 12 accuracy. There might be ones for lower accuracy, but I'm not sure what the worst stats are that can reasonably hit the cap.
If you don't go for AA (or conventional guns), Repairers/restorers in T-slots may be worthwhile.
...I thought Seamen didn't stack. o_O
The bomber stat is also of some use for fighters. |

i agree with the rest
but why not bomber stat +12 instead of +11
in my opinion you dont need 3 seaman its kinda waste of slots. |

If you dont have a CV crew already, I'm not sure why you used your coins to get a ship you cant use for a very long time. Your BO must be level 103, but as it is a premium ship you COULD use a KM BB BO.
Anyways, I recommend 1 Seaman, 5 fighters, 3 DB, 1 BO and 2 gunners.
The medic, extra seamen etc. are all over the top as you cant possibly fit all of those on the ship. _________________

you only have 12 slots on a PCV. Also you can only use a maximum of 8 pilots. I prefer my CV to be fighter heavy so run 6 Fighters and 2 Bombers. That leaves 1 slot on the dock which I usually fill with either an engineer or restorer.
On the ship I don't use guns so I have 1 seaman, 1 repairer and my BO.
Gunners are handy but not essential. _________________

Thought seaman only worked on support slots? |

I can confirm that a seaman works on gunner slots. My sub goes 38 in harbor but with my seaman on my gunner slot, i do 39 in game.
And seamen do stack from what i hear, but it's very little improvement. I do not suggest using more then 1 seaman on a ship at any time. _________________

I run my UK PCV with 6/2 or 5/3 (fp/tbp) 1 engy, and on the ship I got a seaman and a rep.
On the T-slots for KM I would actually recommend regular gunners for the simple reason that it gives you more options.
For instance, the 4.1 D's give very good AA even with regular gunners, and you can also switch over to HE to deal with pesky DD's and Subs. They dont spam quite as hard as the 88's but they do fine and deal more damage in the AA role.

Good luck coconut. On only chyme in because I've noticed you are quite a competent player, wish you well. |

I think it is a failure does not bring a résumé KM AA as they are the best in the game,
As for your crew is perfect for a cv of battle and play, because when has 6 db fp and 2 can use only 6 fp + 3 Seamans and 2 AA type HA and FL wars, although I recommend you use GB's only 2 seaman and 1 medic for the heavy casualties suffered by veterans and experts, as well will be less
greetings to friends VETS

Hi again to all of you;
as you know I´m making a new CV crew. is better to make the sailors base 12 than base 11?? it´s very difficult to get sailors with base 12.
thanks for your help again.

Base 12 is better and if you want to go hardcore cv then i suggest you take nothing else then +12.
If you are like me taking cv for a go and see what will happen, i think +11 will do fine. _________________
